A few years ago, I met Chris on La Gomera, and when he told me about New Vision Therapy, my reaction was simply: “I want to do this too!” I joined my first workshop and was immediately fascinated. I knew right away that I wanted to complete the entire training. I was all in.
As a Pilates teacher, I already had a good understanding of the body and movement, but New Vision Therapy opened up a completely new perspective for me. The more I learned, the more fascinated I became. To me, this work was, and still is, magical.
Living between Germany and La Gomera gave me the incredible opportunity to train intensively and personally with Chris. We met several times a week, and I was also fortunate to learn from Lina. I was curious, passionate and constantly asking questions. I consider that time a tremendous gift.
Today, I work in several locations in Germany and on La Gomera, with Augsburg as my main base. In Germany, people come to see me from all over the country, as well as from the Netherlands and Denmark. I have developed a strong understanding of this work, but I never stop learning. The more I understand, the more I want to discover. I love it.
Ultimately, it is the people I work with who make this journey so special. It still deeply touches me when someone who has lived with back pain for 30 years messages me to say that it has disappeared. Or when I receive messages saying, “My hip pain is gone,” “I haven’t had a migraine,” “I feel free from the panic attacks,” or simply, “I feel more balanced and more at ease within myself.” These moments mean so much to me.
Every person is different, and every session is different. I approach each treatment with care, respect and a sense of wonder, trusting the process and always giving my very best. For me, it is an incredible gift to support people and witness their experiences and changes. This work fulfils me deeply, and I am simply grateful that I met Chris, because through that encounter I found something I didn’t even know I had been looking for.
