This policy explains what information the New Vision Therapy website collects about you and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short: this is an information-only website and we collect very little.
New Vision Therapy is based at Unit 2, 3 Maison Victor Hugo, Greve d’Azette, St Clement, Jersey, JE2 6PW. We handle personal information under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
The enquiry form
The contact page has an enquiry form. If you use it, we receive the details you type in: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, share your details with anyone else, or sell them. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your question.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site uses:
- A welcome-notice cookie. When you accept the notice shown on your first visit, a cookie remembers your acceptance so the notice is not shown again. It contains no personal information and expires after 12 months.
- Google Analytics cookies. These give us anonymous statistics about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. They do not tell us who you are.
- Google cookies on the contact page. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and the map is provided by Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies for these; see the Google Privacy Policy.
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, send us a message through the contact page or write to the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.
