My journey into New Vision Therapy began through my own health challenges. After being diagnosed with Lupus in 2014, I was determined not to let my condition define my life. I spent years exploring different holistic approaches, researching my illness, and looking for ways to improve my health and wellbeing.
When I discovered New Vision Therapy, it gave me a completely different perspective. Through my own treatment, I realised that stress was one of the biggest triggers for my Lupus flare-ups. By helping to relax and regulate my nervous system, New Vision Therapy played an important role in reducing the frequency and intensity of those flare-ups, while helping me feel more in control of my health and wellbeing.
Experiencing these benefits firsthand inspired me to learn more about the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system. I became particularly interested in how stress, trauma, and emotional experiences can be stored within the body and influence our overall health.
Today, as a qualified New Vision Therapist and Somatic Therapist, I combine my personal experience, natural empathy, and professional training to help others improve their wellbeing, reconnect with their bodies, and achieve a better quality of life.
